Cancellations

Dear customers,
Please be aware that we have introduced a policy in relation to bookings, cancellations and rescheduled appointments due to the loss of business that we suffer due to last minute cancellations and rescheduling of bookings.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellations (and rescheduled appointments) made less than 3 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time will incur a 50% cancellation fee, payable upon your next appointment.

Why have we introduced this policy?
We know that sometimes things come up and plans change – but when they do, it is courtesy to let businesses know that you won’t be able to make it. We would appreciate at least 3 hours notice of a cancellation due to our busy schedule.

Using the Online Booking System
Since opening our doors, our online booking system has made scheduling and changing appointments very easy and customers are able to book and make changes to appointments themselves, as long as they have provided a correct email address.
Our system sends appointment reminders via text (3 hours prior to your scheduled appointment) and by email (24 hours prior). Please provide your email address for easier communication and to enable you to change or cancel your booking, if needed.
PLEASE provide your correct phone number and email address when you book online – we do not send promotional emails, and it allows you to manage your booking online.
