Massage Types
Traditional Thai Massage (No Oil)
Thai massage is best for people who want a more active form of massage and want to reduce and relieve pain and stress. It can also help improve flexibility,  circulation and energy levels. Thai massage works the entire body using a sequence of movements that are similar to yogic stretching. Your therapist will use their palms and fingers to apply firm pressure to your body. You’ll also be stretched and twisted into various positions. You can wear loose, comfortable clothing during the massage.
Combination Thai & Oil Massage
This style of massage is generally our most popular as it combines the traditional techniques of Thai massage with the relaxing indulgence of an oil massage. Oil massage is a similar technique to Thai Massage. The oil used on your body to helps make the massage more relaxing by assisting the therapist to manipulate your muscles by sliding along them rather than using acupressure.

Hot Oil Massage
Hot oil massage is simply a more relaxing massage using hot (warm-hot) oil without the deeper tissue techniques and stretching used in traditional Thai massage, but with flowing movements similar in style to Swedish massage. The hot oil assists in relaxing your muscles during and after the massage.

Neck, Head & Shoulders Massage
A head massage is a deep style massage that focuses on the head, neck and shoulders. A head massage applies a range of techniques to help reduce stress and release tension in the upper body. Massaging the scalp can help stimulate nerves and blood vessels around the area and begin to calm muscle tension around the head. A head massage can be both relaxing and an invigorating experience.
Foot Massage
Just like your neck, back, and shoulders, your feet can also benefit from a regular rubdown. Foot massage improves circulation, stimulates muscles, reduces tension, and often eases pain.
Aromatherapy
Aromatherapy massage is Swedish massage therapy using massage oil or lotion that contains essential oils (highly concentrated plant oils). During an aromatherapy massage, you inhale these essential oil molecules or absorb them through your skin.
